LynneX Ventures embarks on two-day orphanage outreach to support underprivileged children

LynneX Ventures has taken another bold step in its ongoing Save the Children campaign by embarking on a two-day outreach to orphanages in the Central Region.

The initiative, led by the company’s visionary CEO, Ms. Cynthia Raymond, reaffirmed the organization’s commitment to improving the lives of vulnerable children and inspiring others to support the cause.

The first stop of the trip was the Nyame Yie Foundation, located in the Mfantsiman Municipality at Saltpond Ankaful. This marked LynneX Ventures’ second visit to the home, following a memorable outreach in 2023 alongside Jamaican reggae icon Hezron.

Founded by Mr. Paul Mensah, the Nyame Yie Foundation provides care for about 100 children—both boys and girls—many of whom have overcome hardship thanks to the foundation’s efforts. The LynneX team was welcomed with lively performances, including choreographed dances, poetry recitals, and heartfelt testimonies from children whose lives have been transformed by the foundation’s programs.

Ms. Raymond interacted warmly with the children, encouraging them to keep dreaming despite their challenges. Before departing, she donated food supplies and cash support to help the foundation continue its mission of nurturing and educating the children.

The second day began with a meeting between LynneX Ventures and the elders of the Saltpond Ankaful community, including the foundation’s founder. During the discussion, community leaders outlined the pressing challenges facing the home—from limited funding to inadequate educational resources—emphasizing the urgent need for clean water, as the existing borehole has been contaminated and a new source of safe drinking water is required.

Ms. Raymond listened attentively and pledged to pursue long-term sponsorships and partnerships to help sustain the foundation’s work.

Later that day, the team proceeded to the Graceland Orphanage Home in Bawjiase, located in the Awutu Senya District. There, Ms. Raymond and her team were warmly received by the founder and staff, who shared the home’s most urgent needs, including improved feeding programs and access to learning materials.

LynneX Ventures also provided food items and essential supplies, while Ms. Raymond promised to return with more comprehensive support.

The two-day outreach reflects the very heart of LynneX Ventures’ Save the Children campaign—bringing hope and smiles to children living in poverty. Ms. Raymond emphasized that the campaign is not a one-off effort but a growing movement to improve the lives of disadvantaged children across Ghana and beyond.

“Every child deserves love, care, and a chance at a brighter future,” Ms. Raymond said. “We invite government agencies, corporate institutions, philanthropists, and individuals to partner with us. Together, we can help every child reach their full potential.”
